What Do We Inspect and Test?

Historic and Landmark Buildings, Industrial Structure, Commercial Building, New Construction, Well, Swimming Pool and Spa, and may perform other inspections upon request, please call to request.

Inspection Techniques:

Our inspection team conducts a thorough non-invasive inspection of the visible and readily accessible systems and components of the property. We perform all property inspections in accordance with Arizona State Standards, such as GFI, testing, looking for moisture, mold, electrical issues, and water leaks. The AZ standards are the minimum an inspector that uses the standards as their guidelines, B-Sure Home Inspections believes they exceed the AZ State Standards and by doing so gives the customer assurance and confidence to understand the systems of the house they are potentially buying.

How About Commercial Structures Inspection?

Commercial inspection varies. Items may include Driveway and Parking, Curbs, ADA compliance, Gates, Walkways, Storm Drainage, Fencing, Landscaping, Exterior Lighting, Signage, Foundation, Structure, Roof, Building Exterior, Building Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fuel System, Elevators, and various other items.

Standards That We Follow:

We follow ASTM standards for commercial inspections. We do not bid on any repair services on the property we inspect. We check for proper installation, proper functioning and safety. Aesthetics is not part of our inspection.

When Do I Get My Report?

For commercial clients – a report may take one day to two weeks depending on the amount of work involved.

Insurance Coverage:

In addition to liability insurance, we believe we exceed the typical Professional E&O Insurance. We provide a professional inspection that is designed to help provide the Client and Realtor the information needed to make an informative decision.
