Request for FHA HUD Foundation Inspection and Certification are on the rise and BBaca
Engineering has been providing this service along with our other services for more than 20
years. All manufactured foundations new and existing, must meet the guidelines published in the
Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing (HUD-7584), dated September 1996.
A certification attesting to compliance with this handbook must be obtained from a licensed
BBaca Engineering provides this type of inspection and certifies same in AZ, we also provide this handbook
along with a comprehensive report and photos. In the event said property does not meet FHA HUD, VA, USDA or Conventional specifications,
BBaca Engineering provides you with a report on how to bring your property/home into compliance so it meets these specifications along
with photos of non-conforming areas. We will also provide a list of companies that perform services to make it meet FHA, HUD, VA, USDA
or Conventional compliance, based on location of property.
Our turnaround time is 5 business days (we strive for about 3) we have (when available) an expedited fee to turnaround within 3 business days typically.
We understand the process, our fees are based on location (please call for price) and work with the loan officer and (omitted Escrow) Realtor to be part of the process.
The engineer is a Cal-Tech graduate as well as a physicist from Occidental College, CA. We also have
